Sunburst Farms East, Inc. Board of Directors holds a regular Board meeting the third Monday of each month. Meetings are located at the TBD location for 2023 and Agenda will provide location. Emails sent out to the community are posted on this page to keep property owners updated on irrigation delays, community news and other.

Community Members Concerns or Comments: Community members of SBFE are encouraged to participate in Community matters. In order to facilitate communications during open board meetings, a time has been set for members to present information or comments to the members of the Board. There will be time allotted for members to discuss SBFE matters. Members requesting to speak to the Board may do so on items that maybe on the Agenda or Non-Agenda items. The Board will listen and take into consideration the information presented, but are not required to take action or respond to questions nor make comments on the issues during this time. If an item is not on the Agenda, it may be addressed later in the meeting under “New Business”. If the matter requires immediate action, the Board will again open the floor for discussion for that item only. We encourage and welcome all homeowners to participate and attend the monthly meetings to stay informed.
Annual Community Meeting is held the third Tuesday of February of each year. Time and Location TBD and homeowners are notified, via Email and US Mail and information for the location and any information that pertains to the meeting(s).
Due to Covid 19 SBFE BOD did not hold an open 2020 Annual meeting and met as a BOD and sent out all information to the community in December 2020.

No meetings held in March, April and May due to Covid 19 restrictions
No physical meetings held July and August. The BOD communicated via email to review monthly finances and irrigation issues. No urgent community business to discuss. Legal – SBFE has not received any information from the Supreme Court relating to ongoing law suit. The community will be updated when the BOD receives any communication from the Court and Legal counsel.
No BOD meeting held in October or November. Community issues/concerns and irrigation repairs were handled via email communication between the BOD.
No Annual 2020 Community meeting was held due to Covid 19. All lot owners were sent the following Annual packet which included 2020 Year-end letter, 2021 Candidate Form and P&L 2020.
