NOTICE: Summer Irrigation Cycle begins between April and May. Service will start on Cactus and property owners irrigation service day moves one day ahead. Summer Irrigation service is delivered every 2 weeks, unless the community received heavy rainfall or if an unforeseen situation occurs.
Irrigation Service is provided by H2OWorks General, Contact is Greg Luebkin, 602-736-9132. If you have questions relating to irrigation service for your property, berm questions or need irrigation lines marked on your property, please contact Arizona 88 and SBFE will be notified of the request and will coordinate with our Irrigation Contractor to have the property irrigation lines and valves/risers marked.
Please do not ask the Irrigation Contractor about your property billing, irrigation cut off or other billing concerns. Contact: [email protected] or call the office number at 602-996-5796 with accounting related issues pertaining to your property.
All properties in SBFE have the right and ability to receive flood irrigation service. Please contact our SBFE secretary at [email protected] or the office at 602-996-5796, if you are interested in receiving irrigation service. We will schedule a property review to check your property, berms, valves and risers and other details. We will advise as to what is needed and necessary to proceed in providing you with irrigation service. Repair of berms, adding or fixing risers and any other needed items to the property to receive irrigation service is the expense of the homeowner and H2OWorks can provide a quotation for services that may be needed.
Property owners that are looking to build, add or erect a structure, plant trees and shrubs, etc. on their property, are required to contact 811 (call before you dig) 811.com and [email protected] to ensure the irrigation lines and bridle paths are marked prior to any work being performed. In addition, it is the responsibility of the property owner to contact AZ 811 to have utilities and other marked. Failure to comply will result in the property owner and contractor covering all expenses should any part of the irrigation infrastructure or Bridle path be damaged. Updates as to where irrigation service is in the delivery cycle can be found on the irrigation board located at the Well-site located on the South West corner of Thunderbird and 52nd Street.
Bridle Paths – Each property owner is responsible to maintain the back area of their property located on the Bridle path and keep these areas free and clear of trash, over hanging tree limbs, tall grass and weeds. Each path entrance has Community Signage addressing that the Paths are Private Property, Weight Limits, No Parking is permitted at any time on the Bridle Paths. Property owners and ingress and egress to the back of their properties. Bridle Paths are use at your own risk. Please refrain from driving on the paths following rain so you do not cause rutting. Please communicate with anyone visiting the back of your property about the Rules and Regulations of the Bridle paths so additional fees are not charged to you for damage due to weight limit and or rutting causing SBFE to repair an irrigation line, stand pipe, valve or riser or the Bridle path footing. Dirt Bikes or any other off road vehicle are prohibited on the Bridle Paths. Property owners are not to use the Bridle path for ingress and egress to any Vacation rental of any kind on their property.

Summer Irrigation Service usually runs from April/May to October. Each irrigation cycle starts on Cactus and is completed on Thunderbird. The Cycle runs two weeks then starts again without a week break up on Cactus.
Winter Irrigation Service starts around the end of October or into the 1st week of November through April/may of each year all pending weather conditions relating to rain. Winter cycle is performed every three weeks.
