Summer Irrigation Service usually runs from April/May to October. Each irrigation cycle starts on Cactus and is completed on Thunderbird. The Cycle runs two weeks then starts again without a week break up on Cactus. 

Winter Irrigation Service starts around the end of October or into the 1st week of November through April/May of each year all pending weather conditions relating to rain. Winter cycle is performed every three weeks.

POSTED 6/9/2025

Irrigation Service resumed on Friday June 6th. The irrigators are currently in Section 3 on the southside of Emile Zola and moving over to the North side and continuing on to completion on Thunderbird. The next irrigation cycle will begin on Cactus late Tuesday or Wednesday am. Irrigation service will continue through Section 2 and should be on Sweetwater on Monday.

Irrigation service is suspended until Monday May 9th and will resume where they stopped service in Section 3. and complete the cycle by Wednesday and continue onto the the next cycle starting on Cactus.

6/1/2025 – Irrigation is delayed due to rain. The irrigation contractor will resume in Section 3 North side of Pershing and South side of Emile Zola. We will update when irrigation is re-starts.

5/30/2025 – Section 2 5/26-27, Section 7 5/29-30, Section 3 5/30-6/3, Section 4 6/3-5

Post 5/16 Irrigation service will be completed in Section 2 and Section 7 begins. Monday May 19th irrigation service will start in Section 3 on the north side of Sweetwater and continue to completion on Thunderbird through the week.

Posted 5/1 Irrigation service is continue north and will be in Section 3 on south side of Sweetwater and north side of Pershing later in the day 5/2

Posted 4/20 Irrigation service will resume on Wednesday April 23rd lots are holding water from the recent rain. Currently irrigation in on the South side of Emile Zola and North side of Pershing.

Irrigation service will begin in Section 2 on Friday, April 11th – 16th. Section 7 will be from April 16th – 17th. Section 3 April 18th – 22nd. Section 4 April 18th, April 22nd – 24th. This will conclude your winter cycle.

Summer irrigation cycle begins on April 28th in Section 2 from April 28 – May 1st. Section 7 May 1st – 2nd. Section 3 May 5th – 7th. May7th – 8th.
