Currently the Bylaws and the Rules and Regulations are in the process of revisions. The SBFE Board of Directors presented to the community the Proposed Amended By Laws dated 1/1/2023 and all property owners were sent an Absentee Ballot to submit by 2/21/2023. The vote did not pass due to lack of property owners submitting votes. The BOD is re-submitting Bylaws to the community in Q4 2023.
Each property located in Suburst Farms East, Inc. has CC&R’s, Bylaws and Rules and Regulations that govern the community and the properties that reside in SBFE.
