Each property located in Sunburst Farms East, Inc. has CC&R’s, Bylaws and Rules and Regulations that govern the community and the properties that reside within SBFE.
SBFE Rules and Regulations were revised and approved by the Board of Directors at the December 2, 2025 Board of Directors meeting. These R&R supersede the SBFE 2023 Rules and Regulations.
