SBFE Governing Documents
The SBFE Bylaws are scheduled to be updated and distributed to all property owners during the first quarter of 2027 for review and consideration. Property owners will have the opportunity to review the proposed amendments and participate in the voting process.
Each property within Sunburst Farms East, Inc. (SBFE) is subject to the community’s governing documents, including the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs), Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations. These documents establish the standards, responsibilities, and requirements that govern the community and the properties located within SBFE.
Property owners are encouraged to review these governing documents and remain familiar with the requirements applicable to their property and the community as a whole.
SBFE Rules and Regulations were revised and approved by the Board of Directors at the December 2, 2025 Board of Directors meeting. These R&R supersede the SBFE 2023 Rules and Regulations.
