Sunburst Farms East, Inc. (SBFE) Board of Directors approves the Operating Budget for the forthcoming year at the December regular Board meeting. Copies of the Operating Budget will be sent to property owners upon request. The Board of Directors reviews and approves the Treasurers/Financial Report at regular Board meetings (or via email communication to the Board members) which are held the third Monday of every month. Board meetings maybe canceled or rescheduled from time to time if there is no quorum of the Board or there is no pressing community business.
