Sunburst Farms East, Inc. Board of Directors approves the Operating Budget for the forthcoming year at the December regular Board meeting. Copies of the Operating Budget are sent to homeowners who have elected to be paperless via email and mailed to homeowners who have requested to receive SBFE communication via US mail by January 31. The Board of Directors reviews and approves the Treasurers/Financial Report at the monthly Board meetings (or via email communication to the Board members) which are held the third Monday of every month. Board meetings maybe canceled or rescheduled from time to time if there is no quorum of the Board.
