Royer Property Management
The transition to Royer Property Management began in April 2026. As part of this transition, all property owners were provided with a Welcome Packet containing information regarding the new management company, property owner account setup, billing, payment options, and contact information.
If you have not already done so, please complete and submit your Property Owner Account Setup information to ensure that your account is properly established and that SBFE has your current billing, payment, and contact information.

The 2026 Board of Directors and officers were selected on March 10, 2026.

The Board of Directors works with Royer Property Management to oversee community operations, administration, irrigation services, Bridle Path maintenance, and other matters affecting Sunburst Farms East.
2026 Annual Meeting & Board Election
February 20, 2026
Thank you to all property owners who attended the 2026 Annual Meeting and participated in the Board election process.
During the meeting, Nate Dominguez, Vice President, and Tony Mure, Board Member, verified the ballots received for the open Board of Directors positions.
A quorum was not met. Eighty-four (84) ballots were required to establish quorum and proceed with the election at the Annual Meeting.
Dave Rogers, President, advised those in attendance that the next regularly scheduled Board meeting would take place on March 10, 2026. At that meeting, the seated Board of Directors would consider the candidates who had expressed interest in serving and conduct a vote to fill the open Board positions for 2026.
Following that process, the 2026 Board of Directors and officers were selected on March 10, 2026.
We appreciate everyone who participated in the Annual Meeting and those who volunteered their time and interest in serving the Sunburst Farms East community.

Dues Increase
Reminder that all property owners were informed in September via a USPS mailing, email and posting on the community website www.sbfehome.com of a dues increase effective November 1, 2025. Dues are now $130.00 per month for all properties in Section 2 and property owners in Sections 3, 4 and 7 that participate in irrigation service. Please ensure that you have updated your automatic bank check details to reflect the increase. Property owners who voluntarily contribute financially to the community there are no changes and thank you for your contributions
