To facilitate communication during Board meetings, time will be provided for property owners to address the Board with questions, concerns, comments, or information regarding SBFE matters.<\/p>\n
Property owners may address the Board regarding:<\/p>\n
The Board will listen to and consider the information presented. However, the Board may not be able to provide an immediate response or take action during the member comment period.<\/p>\n
If a matter is not included on the meeting agenda, the Board may address it later in the meeting under New Business<\/strong>, as appropriate. If the matter requires immediate consideration, the Board may reopen discussion regarding that specific item when appropriate.<\/p>\n We encourage and welcome all property owners to attend Board meetings and participate in the community.
