Please observe all posted signs and restrictions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We appreciate everyone&#8217;s cooperation in helping preserve the Bridle Paths for their intended use and ensuring they remain safe and accessible for residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Animals Within the Community<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sunburst Farms East is a unique community where many residents enjoy keeping animals on their properties. Employee Activity<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Property owners are responsible for ensuring that any business activity conducted from their property complies with applicable <strong>City of Phoenix zoning requirements, Neighborhood Services regulations, and SBFE governing documents<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The use of a residential property in a manner that results in employees regularly coming to and going from the property, including picking up company vehicles, equipment, or materials, may be prohibited depending on the nature and extent of the activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Property owners should consult the <strong>City of Phoenix Planning &amp;
