Eighty-four (84) ballots were required to establish quorum<\/strong> and proceed with the election at the Annual Meeting.<\/p>\n Dave Rogers, President<\/strong>, advised those in attendance that the next regularly scheduled Board meeting would take place on March 10, 2026<\/strong>.
